University Christian is home to an extraordinary group of committed faculty and staff who care deeply about our students. Each teacher is a trained professional with degrees and specialized focus within subject areas and certification through ACSI and/or the State of Florida.
Our teachers encourage and set high expectations not only for students but also for each other. We recognize that mastery of our craft is a career-long process, one that UCS generously supports through professional development opportunities, a mentoring program for new faculty, tuition assistance for higher degrees, and other programs that support ongoing learning for our faculty.
